   OOC Skill Etiquette (We're looking for specific stinger words here. BE SPECIFIC!):

-[Expert Marksman]: I would be using this skill to dispatch my enemies from afar. I'm not asking to be permitted to get headshots on every shot I take. Most people with advanced training in ranged combat will tell you it's more about knocking the enemy out of the fight. A few rounds through the chest cavity can and more than likely will do that. Also the technique used in the initial combat phase, for example controlling his breathing, is key to a more steady shot provided the enemy aren't shooting at your position. Otherwise you'd have to have a sturdy grip on the rifle and hands placed in a more stable position. If the weapon doesn't have a foregrip, the bend between the magazine and grip will suffice. I don't know everything about operating a weapon at an extreme capacity but I do know a few of the techniques used to make shooting more accurate. That combined with Mikhail's natural quick reflexes and training make him an expert marksman.

-[Advanced Hand-to-hand]: Hand-to-hand isn't Mikhail's strong suit, he much prefer a shootout. When the occasion arises Mikhail does his best to stun and separate himself from his combatant. He knows how and where to deliver blows as well as counters to most attacks launched at him. The whole point of advanced hand-to-hand isn't about being able to take a beating and match it. Most of the advanced hand-to-hand skills are teaching you how to avoid being hit and countering the opposition. The skill teaches how and when to strike your opponent and how to take them off their feet. If you can take someone from standing to their back you've just gained an advantage in a fight. But like I said, Mikhail's used of his advanced hand-to-hand skills are to engage and get away from melee combat.

   Skill Acquisition Backstory (Two Para):

-I would like Mikhail to be authorized for all the benefits of being a member of the Old Guard. He was a member of the 13th Spetznaz Guard Division in Moscow before the bombs fell. He wasn't the best of his squad but he did receive top marks for his marksmanship during the training he was put through. His quick reaction to shooting targets as the popped up allowed him an edge in ranged combat. Mikhail showed proficiency with most of the weapons he was trained with. Anything from the standard AK-47 to the newer AK-74, down to the Saiga-12 and the Makarov. Thought the close the combat got the more his skills dwindled.

While relatively skilled with a knife and how to fight with it to his advantage, his training in hand-to-hand proved to be less proficient, he lacked the finesse most soldiers had when it came to hand-to-hand. In practice Mikhail was relatively slow and lacked the will to harm his sparring partner, but after two weeks of training one of the soldiers got carried away and killed his sparring partner. Mikhail's will to survive flourished from there and he fought to survive. He never tried to kill his opponent, he always aimed to put distance between them so he could let his real skills shine.

   Detailed Description of Skill(One Para):

- [Expert Marksman]: Mikhail shoulders the rifle, keeping sure not to chicken wing. He keeps his elbow tight, clasping his left hand at the angle of the magazine and fore grip of the AK-74. His targets; bandits, who happen to be standing by a barrel fire to keep warm. Mikhail peers over his rifle's sights, marking the targets in his head closest to farthest. Once synced he gently closes his left eye, sighting the rifle on the closest bandit. Mikhail exhales gently, steadying himself to do the world a service. He gently squeezes the trigger, sending the message through the barrel of the gun and to it's receiver. No trick bullshit, the round goes through the bandits upper chest cavity sending him to the ground and knocking him out of the fight. Mikhail moves his sight to the second bandit, no time to steady his breath he squeezes the trigger. The second round flies towards bandit number 2 and hits him in the center on the right side of his chest. Bandit number 2 collapses to the ground in a heap of frustrated breaths and sucking of air. Mikhail moves his aim to bandit number 3 who has ducked behind the barrel for cover. Mikhail adjusts his position, moving to a secondary firing position to gain an advantage on the final bandit. Mikhail sights up on the barrel, his aim centered and ready for the bandits reaction. Bandit 3 leans to the left of the barrel, firing a volley of shots at Mikhail's old position. Mikhail exhales and waits patiently for the bandit to expose himself again. In moment the bandit pops from the top of the barrel, Mikhail adjusts his aim, gently squeezes the trigger. The third bullet goes a little higher than Mikhail wanted it to, hitting the bandit in the throat. Bandit 3 collapses to the ground in a noise of choking and gurgling sounds before drowning in his own blood. Mikhail moves forward from his cover, gun raises scanning for any bandits he may have missed. As he approaches a pillar he soon finds out he miscounted and a bandit waiting for him knocks his rifle from his hands and plunges Mikhail into a fight for his life.

-[Advanced Hand-to-hand]: The bandit continues with his momentum and tries to launch a punch with his right hand into Mikhail's face. Mikhail reaches forward with his left arm, parrying the punch and locking the bandits right arm between his left arm and his rib cage. Mikhail quickly throws a counter punch at the bandit in an attempt to stun him. The bandit pushes the blow away, struggling to free his arm. Mikhail releases the bandits arm and raises his hands to prepare for the next set of blows the bandit tries to throw. The bandit charges Mikhail, attempting to spear him into the pillar. Mikhail is driven backwards into the pillar, wrapping his left arm under the bandit's right armpit locking him into the lowered stance. Mikhail raises his right arm high, elbow bend and begins to hammer down on the back on the bandits head. The bandit in the mean time is hammering away at Mikhail's sides. After a few blows have been exchanged Mikhail slams his left knee upward into the bandits chest. The bandit coughs and attempts to break the lock he's been put in. Mikhail launches another knee into the bandit's chest. The bandit begins to flail in an attempt to break free. Mikhail locks his right arm around the bandits neck and tightens his grip under the bandit's right armpit. The bandit flails as he feels the pressure being put on his neck, he launches a flurry of punches into Mikhail's side. Mikhail knees the bandit a third and final time before slinging him to the side. The bandit reluctantly rolls sideways and stumbles to his feet. Mikhail seizes the opportunity and rushes at the bandit. The bandit stands raising his fists preparing to swing at Mikhail. Mikhail drops his stance under the bandits and shoots into a double leg. He scoops the bandit up and slams onto the concrete floor of the Metro. The slam stuns the bandit and leaves him on the floor. Mikhail raises back into a standing position and draws his pistol. The bandit collects his senses and sees the weapon being pointed at him, he raises his hands to protect his face. Mikhail squeezes the trigger sending a bullet through the bandits hands into his face and out the back of his head. He collects his rifle and continues on his journey.

Denied for improper response in OOC skill etiquette. OOC SKill Etiquette is the proper use of the skill, knowing when and how it can be used and cannot be used. Please elaborate on this. Edit it and reply so that I know you've edited it.
