Why are you applying for PAC3 flags? (1 para)
-I intend to use them to affix items to my character as he develops, including shoulder armour-plates, combat vest equipment, etcetera. I hope to create a visiually appealing character that varies from the bland status quo of clockwork.
How can you benefit the server by using PAC3? (1 para)
-I'm hoping to help create more of a visiual plethora of characters, add to a library of users who want to make the game more interesting by creating unique visiuals.

If you are accepted and given flags you do understand that at anytime we can take them without warning?

You understand horrid misuse of these flags, by creating anything derogatory or offensive is punishable by removal of flags and possible ban time?
